installation works

Azure Pre-Installation Guide
Access portal.azure.com and configure the minimum required permissions: enable access management for Azure resources, assign the Owner role to the installer account on the subscription, and verify resource provider registration.

Sign in with Microsoft
Visit poweromni.ai and click "Try now". You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page. Sign in with the administrator account linked to Azure and approve the permissions for the entire organization in the consent pop-up that appears.

Company Information

Select Azure Subscription
Choose "Automatic Installation" (recommended) and select the Azure subscription where Power Omni resources will be provisioned. The platform will automatically verify that the account has sufficient permissions.

Configure First Agent
Set up your first AI agent: define a name and initial behavior instructions. It doesn't need to be perfect now — everything is editable later inside the platform, with no limit on agents.

Do I need an internal technical team to install?
No. The Power Omni installation process is 100% self-service and automated. You do it yourself in a few clicks through the portal, with no technical team needed. The only technical prerequisite is completing the Azure pre-installation guide (about 20 minutes), documented step-by-step at docs.poweromni.ai. For questions, email [email protected].
What if my company doesn't have an Azure account yet?
Azure Brasil, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, can create and configure a new Azure subscription for your company. The process includes guidance on the best contract options, tenant creation, and initial setup. Get in touch or email [email protected].
Is Power Omni hosted in our Azure or Power Tuning's?
The entire environment — AI Foundry, models, database, storage, and the Power Omni application itself — is hosted in your company's Azure subscription. Power Tuning performs the configuration but has no permanent access to the environment after onboarding, unless contacted by support. Your data remains under your organization's exclusive control.
How long does it take from first access to go-live?
Installation itself takes about 15 minutes after completing the Azure pre-installation guide. The pre-installation guide (configuring Azure permissions) takes about 20 minutes and should be done at least 20 minutes before installation, to allow permission propagation by Microsoft. In total, you can have Power Omni running the same day.
Can I add more agents and users later?
Yes. Power Omni is fully self-service. After installation, you can create new agents, add users, upload more documents, and configure new integrations directly through the platform's admin interface, without contacting our team.
What happens if I don't want to continue after 30 days?
You pay nothing. The 30-day trial is free — the onboarding fee ($400) and platform subscription are only charged if your company decides to continue. During the trial, you only pay Azure infrastructure costs (proportional to AI model usage), which are fully under your company's control. You can disable Azure resources at any time.
Which AI models are available after installation?
Power Omni is compatible with all models available in Azure AI Foundry: GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-5 (when available in the region), and embedding models like text-embedding-3-large. Available models depend on the chosen Azure region and quotas approved by Microsoft for your subscription. Power Tuning can advise on the best model choice for each use case.
Will installation impact the company's existing infrastructure?
None. Power Omni is installed in Azure resources independent of existing systems. There is no change to on-premises servers, local Active Directory, or production applications. Integrations with systems like ERP and SharePoint are configured as read-only by default, with extended permissions only when explicitly approved by the customer.
